KRISARC Littoral Innovations Private Limited is an independent planning, research and advisory practice engaged in spatial planning, tourism development, and strategic studies relevant to coastal and territorial context.
We design solutions that are practical, adaptable, and grounded in real conditions. Our work is characterized by professional planning depth, sensitivity to environmental and social contexts, alignment with institutional and regulatory frameworks, and focus on long-term feasibility and implementation.
KRISARC bridges planning practice, policy understanding and technology-enabled analysis. We offer innovative strategies, research and advisory services of high practical value in the planning & management of Coastal, Urban, Regional and Environmental Systems. Evidence-based research, analytical evaluation, and professional judgement continuously inform one another to generate cohesive and context responsive strategies.
In line with the objectives set out in its Memorandum of Association, KRISARC embraces the considered use of technology to strengthen tourism planning and spatial practice. Technology is applied as an enabling tool to support analysis, interpretation and informed decision-making.
KRISARC operates as a multidisciplinary planning, and advisory practice drawing on expertise in urban and regional planning, tourism development, spatial strategy, and analytical research. The founders, professionally trained in Urban & Regional Planning, brings over three decades of multidisciplinary experience spanning planning, environment, technology, finance, governance, and consultancy.
The practice combines formal training, professional experience, and research orientation to address complex territorial and development issues. Emphasis is placed on independent analysis, professional judgement, and evidence-led advisory inputs rather than prescriptive or project- specific solutions.
Where required, KRISARC collaborates with subject-matter experts, researchers, and technical specialists to complement internal capabilities and strengthen outcomes, while retaining intellectual independence and coherence.
KRISARC engages with academic institutions, professional networks, and domain experts to optimize its plan output, strengthen its research base, and broaden its advisory perspective. These collaborations support knowledge exchange, methodological development, and engagement with emerging practices in planning, tourism, and spatial development. Associations are structured to enhance analytical depth while maintaining a clear focus and autonomy, contributing to the relevance, robustness, and credibility of KRISARC’s work.
In line with its objectives, KRISARC remains open to structured collaboration and joint venture arrangements with public agencies, academic institutions, and private-sector entities, where such engagements support planning, research, and development objectives.
Any such collaborations are undertaken in a manner consistent with institutional frameworks, governance requirements, and long-term public interest considerations.
